Pittsburgh did not play that much different than he did against the Islanders the night before. It was so funny after the first. And all these penguin announcers in commentators on the radio and TV, said, “oh what a difference 24 hours makes”. I just started laughing and I said OK Husso is having a bad night, the Islanders are a playoff team and or a team that will make you earn your win. The Red Wings are not a playoff team and one of the least physical teams. They’re not hard to play against which would make you think that Pittsburgh should be able to win. However, Pittsburgh is a pretty soft team as well. I know they have a decent amount of hits as a team, but all they really cared to do is finesse their way to victories they’re not a hard team to play against and I can see their attitude in the way they were trying to win. I said I don’t think they’re going to win tonight if they do it’s going to be a lot closer game than what it should be. My sister is a Red Wings fan and I almost texted her and told her I said if you have the game on don’t turn it off cause I have a feeling Red Wings are gonna come back and win this game. I didn’t text her but I just had that feeling The Penguins just don’t have the right attitude and they’re just the lack of details in each individuals game just astounds me. After the game all the penguin media people were saying shockingly the Red Wings come back you guys watching the same team as I have been for the past five years?

Ducks in last five games have had periods of being outshot 23-2, 16-5, 19-6, 23-1, 20-5. Somehow 2-2-1 while the GM is trying to tank. Goaltending has been great.

Really disappointing to see Devils lose back to back again. These turnovers especially against top teams are costing us games. Combined that with struggling to put it into the net and that will result us dropping down to 4th/5th place fairly quickly. At this rate, playoffs are looking dire unless the core teams in the metro division start slumping as well.

I wish you would have worn the beautiful Red Wings away jersey, but I understand wearing the current Reverse Retro to show off the black Detroit hat. The Red Wings have had many black hats for purchase throughout the years and I too am happy they added black to the jersey color palette for the Reverse Retro.
Great comeback by the Red Wings. 1984 was the last time they had comeback like that being down by that many goals. Great effort by everyone, including Hellberg who had to replace Husso who was having a bad night. Detroit had a bright future.
