That’s good for the eight best odds in the East and places them ahead of the Islanders (41%), the Rangers (34%), and the Panthers (22%). The Sabres are also the 9th best team in the league [according to their Power Ranking](https://moneypuck.com/power.htm). Honestly if the Sabres are going to make any inseason moves to improve the roster, it would be better to do it sooner as opposed to waiting until the trade deadline.
8th means they’re in so that’s a nice spot to be in right now. 5 straight wins and the highest scoring team in the league. Haven’t been in this position in years.
I’ll believe it when I see it. 50% seems wayyyy too high btw.
I’m optimistic, but also ready to be disappointed again.
