  1. Coach should yell at Miller for having no defensive effort leading to goals against. Only if he can play like Petey hounding the puck instead of swearing at himself at others! No one is gonna want him on the team. His history with yelling at Lundqvist lead him to being traded. This guy never learned!

  2. At the time they signed miller to that big extension I was ecstatic because "you dont trade a 100 point scorer right now" and I can honestly say now with the play from miller and the prospect of losing Horvat… I was so incredibly and frustratingly wrong. Miller might be a great locker room presence when the team is winning but might be a toxin when they are losing, and there is plenty of that going around right now

  3. Aren't these exactly the reasons that the Rangers gave up on JT? I seem to remember that being a thing.

  4. Canucks Management are so woeful… they should have traded Miller before the season began. Use that cap space to resign Bowie Horvat.

They are absolutely stuck now with Miller, will be a bottom 8 team for years to come.

I just hope Petey and Demko can break away from this team for their futures sake.

  5. Long story short….Trade Miller NOW….If we loose Horvat, this team will fall hard and fast….This team is watching the titanic…Miller, Ekman-Larsson and Myers needs to go….😒

  6. Not sure I have seen a player harass the goalie in his own team in this manner before. Miller lost control as I see it. Having read and seen a lot of comments from all over the league, the reaction is strongly negative and even if Miller do not care, there is a team to consider. This is not what the Canucks needed – and that is to me the real point.

  7. JT miller is the first player that should b traded nd don't care what we get back for him just want him gone

  8. Dude is gonna get zero consequences. Matter of fact, watch somebody in the line up that actually give a crap (i.e Dries) get scratched and Miller is gonna get a free pass again

  9. “Miller is a competitive guy.” I was a competitive swimmer. I know what it means to train hard and swim a 400m breaststroke race, win it, and then get DQed because I forgot to finish with both hands at the same time or be in a relay race and have a teammate screw up and cost us a medal. In both cases, I’ve seen tears, but you suck it up and don’t blame anyone. You get back up and be gracious in defeat, showing class because there’s always next time. I was paid $0 to swim and I went to Paralympic Trials in Montreal in 2000. I don’t say this to brag but to make a point. Miller’s behaviour was unacceptable and he’s a repeat offender. He’s 30 years old. I retired when I was 21. If you’re going to beat yourself up, beat yourself up, nobody else. And do it behind closed doors. This guy is a millionaire baby who wants to blame everyone else for these losses. Whatever Delia was doing, he should have been focused on getting the puck up the ice as quickly as possible. Whether the goalie is pulled or not is the coach’s decision, not his. He’s a player, not a coach. His job is to get up the ice and try to score the tying goal. That’s what he’s paid to do. Over a year ago, I was harping on his attitude and people said nobody cares because he’s scoring. Well, here we are. I’m 41 now and you kids might see a Cup win here, but I have a limited amount of time.

  10. Last season Miller was great, but this season Miller is just horrible. No back checking, and just being lazy with the puck. Bruce should healthy scratch him or put him on the 4th line.

  11. Im sorry but no. trying to say Miller is competitive is offensive. if he cared about competing he would back check harder. people who want to win dont care if backchecking sucks to do, they are champions at heart and just get it done. he does not. he just wants the wins to be on his stick and when everythings going wrong its someone elses fault.

  12. Louis Eriksson contract is nothing compared to the Miller contract. Miller's contract will hobble the Canucks for a generation. I hope he turns it around next year.

  13. This troll mumbles " I love little boys" at the end of his videos. Why does he do that? Troll.

  14. My personal view is JT is toxic. When i say toxic I simply mean that he is selfish. The Canucks should do whatever they can do to get rid of Miller and his contract for whatever they can get. That way they will be able to try and get talks back on track with Horvat.

And in no world can anybody compare Miller and Kesler beyond both being from the US. Kesler was a complete player who gave his all and actually cared. Whereas Miller is a "of things don't go my way, I quit" player.

  15. Miller was wrong for what he did to delia and should be traded and resign Bo horvat to a new contract with the Canucks
    GO CANUCKS GO YEA BABY

  16. Always disliked this guy attitude. Poor guys that has to play with him.

  17. Kesler was freaking beast the whole time we had him his defensive game amazing penalty killing amazing mans could even score to good times I wish we had traded miller when we had the chance should’ve pulled the trigger atleast know we know unless this team rebuilds we’re just gonna be bad lol between him and OEL we’ll have 15mill just wasted daaaaam and that’s gonna be for a min

  18. I'd rather pick Kesler's 2011, 73 point season with excellent defensive play with a trip to the Stanley Cup Finals over Miller's 99 point season in 21-22' with no playoffs and a snobbish attitude.

  19. The only 2 reasons I thought trading Miller was the right move in the summer was that it was obvious last season was a career year for Miller, which is a HUGE red flag at 29 year old, and the fact that the cap situation is really poor for the team. They already have questionable deals for players 30+ that you can't get rid of and signing Miller until he's 37-38 based of a one season outlier was really risky. It's not just Horvat, there is no cap space for anyone, like Kuzmenko for example…

  20. Mock trade to tank for Bedard:

    To Columbus: JT Miller
    2023 2nd rd

    To Canucks: 2024 3rd rd
    Corson Ceulemans
    Jakob Voracek IR

  21. God what a mistake re signing this Cancer. Hes all sbout Offense and Stats with No defense. Already a big drop off and his 8 million hasnt even started yet. Trade him for anything now and use this Money to re sign Bo.

  22. All JT had to do was just eat some humble pie…. or at least give the public the impression of it. Just respond by saying he's ultra competitive and very emotion, had a chat with the goalie after the game to clear things up, how he shouldn't have put his goalie in the position that he had to be pulled for the extra attacker (eg. score more). This thing would be over so quick.

Instead, he's being adamant with his IDGAF attitude, which is turning this into a controversy.
