I saw the news about Hamlin earlier this morning, fucking SCARY! It was great to see that right away everyone in that immediate vicinity, both teams and refs included, knew something was really wrong by how Hamlin just dropped on his back and tried to make it known that help was needed ASAP. Vaguely reminds me of the recent incident with DeVante Parker, although only his one teammate had really taken notice of a possible concussion/head injury. Glad to see everyone on field taking accountability for helping keep other players safe.
My thoughts and prayers to Damar Hamlin and his family. Tough to watch, for sure.
