Un peu de contexte sur pourquoi Keefe est allé à Sandin avant Tavares.
Sandin is nasty. Unusual he’d get a look before Tavares but Sandin was always going to be fairly high in their shootout order pic.twitter.com/tkpNRFJnTD

I don’t think context was needed. Team is loaded with skill, it’s the one thing they are not lacking
I wasn’t even thinking Tavares. I was thinking Bunting with the night he was having.
The SO is a coin flip you go top 3 skill guys then your hottest hands.
Not his fault. At some point Samsonov has to make a save. I’ve never seen a G so out to lunch on every shot.
Sandin made a pretty good move. I’m not upset at him at all.
JT is also fuckin awful in the shootout., which is fine by the way. It’s not a part of hockey but his career numbers are like 25% or something like that. Come to think of it I don’t think JT has ever scored for the Leafs in the shootout lol.
I was confused when I saw Sandin 4th but after seeing his move it made sense
I mean, Sandin was an inch away from scoring, it’s not like it was a bad call
I looked up the history and apparently JT has not scored for the Leafs in the shootout so far. He’s only taken 4 but still, I’m not all that surprised they’d give it to someone a bit speedier and maybe impressed in training.
Not on sandin at all but the guy had a rough night and first game back from injury
