The Islanders didn’t particularly play a stellar or even good game.

They were really slow. But they executed clean passes, even if they were skating like Molasses. And blocking shots like crazy.

They adjusted in the 2nd period and forced their style of play the rest of the game and beat the Canucks with their old fashioned style of play.

    Canucks lost? JT Miller’s fault

  9. avmp629

Can’t wait for us to run the gauntlet and go like 6-3 in the next 9 games so management gets cold feet on moving anything that isn’t tied down

Who was yelling at Bear to move it out?

Canucks didn’t win the Draft Lottery? JT Miller’s fault.

When you win against flop teams such as Oilers and Golden Knights but fall to Stanley Cup contenders New York Islanders… 🤡

I haven’t been team tank in my entire life as a Canucks fan, until now. This time is lifeless and uninspiring with no future, go hard for Bedard.

I’m glad I chose to do anything else except watch the game tonight.

Sharks hopefully winning against Anaheim, then Canucks are only 2 points away from second in the division!

    * »Despite his overwhelming effort to avoid the puck, Miller, begrudgingly, finds himself with an assist after being inadvertently hit with a puck. »*

I’ve never really hoped my beloved team would lose. But I’m so disenfranchised with this ownership, management, and team , I just don’t care. I’m truly hoping they lose enough to realize they need to sell. This is the worst manager ever. He hasn’t done a thing but shit on everyone else. We’re hooped

Miller was right. Another defensive master class from him tonight. He sacrificed offense in order to do so though

things i look forward to this season

    1. Horvat more goals to increase trade value
    2. losses for bedard
    3. petterson to get 100 points

  22. I really need to find other things to do. Watching these games does nothing for me .

That Isles team plays with structure…especially in the third period. Canucks could barely get the puck out of the NZ in that last period…..the Isles just shut it down.

We need a coach that can teach that structure.

Effing brutal 2nd and 3rd period. Definitely jinxed it. Went to lay in bed and with the game still tired at 1 in middle of the 2nd and things went to 💩 from there.
