That loss stings. They played pretty well against a top five team in the league. Jankowski with a brutal penalty to end it tho.

Hello, hockey gods? I’d like to place the following order: Askarov against the Habs, Tomasino and Egor swapped for Jankowski and Smith. Thank you. Invoice David Poile.

If I don’t see that Hynes got a fine for calling that corrupt bullshit out in the presser, I’m rioting. I have no faith in that man as a HC, but it would help if he SHOWED SOME GOD DAMN PASSION. FUCK.

  4. Damn shame to end the game that way (thanks Janko), but if the refs can huddle up after the play is dead to call that, surely they could’ve done that when Lauzon was high-sticked. I don’t think we played the greatest, but we deserved a point. And as much as I hate pointing the finger at the refs, they were fucking brutal tonight. I guess we shouldn’t expect any less from Toronto

Must be easy to win games when you get at least 10 min of penalty minutes go your way (3 missed blatant minors, 2 weak ass interference calls)

  6. Kupp3y1

Tomasino scored again. Can we call him up now if we’re just going to put players like Janikowski on the second line?

Can’t win too much gotta make sure we stay in contention for the 8 seed and the 8 seed only.

The good news is they’re holding their own against these very good teams. The bad is the undisciplined play continues to rear its ugly head occasionally. Juice was playing a little too aggressive and it definitely bit them in the ass at the end. Close it out strong tomorrow and all good.

Tied game late in the 3rd against a top 5 team because we have a galaxy class goalie

    Jankowski: It’s Janking Time!

My goodness with the amount of constant crying about the refs not handing them the game in that game thread you’d think we were playing the Winnipeg Jets. All that complaining about non existent penalties only to win on the PP.

It’s cool though. We have Colton Sissons starting on the wing now so we’re about to dominate the rest of the season!

Got to watch a Saros masterclass live but no points :/

  12. roham_josi

Tough loss. Thought we played well. Been very impressed with Glass, Novak, Carrier and Lauzon.

No one is going to say it…(but maybe Saros could’ve been in a better position on that 2nd goal).

Preds lose in the last 2 minutes? Shocker. Hopefully we can bounce back

Just a fun fact: we have to at least get a point in the next game just to match the season record when we fired Lavi.

More about the Ads – man I’m so excited about what I’m seeing from the highly touted prospects. Evangelista and Tomasino are doing extremely well. Egor’s season is looking good. Askarov is 13-6 in his rookie season.

  16. I only got to watch the first period, but I liked the hustle. They were all over the place.
