They know that Vancouver Canucks sucks lmao of anyone do t like to bad go fack yourselves
But when someone tosses a cap after a hat-trick It's all good..
canucks suck always have, always will, management getting fired wont save them.
Hey, it's better than rioting.
Disrespectful to the team and the jersey. Don't return the jersey as that person doesn't deserve to wear it. Donate it to a kid who will be happy just to have it.
I’m a nucks fan and I’m disappointed but that’s classless
Should be embarrassed
Go back to Toronto you clown
This is Leafs fans signature move. I get it when i see their fans doing it, but it is sad when it happens to the other teams. I have a theory that Leafs fans go to other rinks and throw jersies on the ice to try to save face.
Oh shut up John Garrett.
Do we still have to call it a “sweater”
If Linden didn't leave as Canucks President things would've been much different.
As a Canucks fan myself I totally get it, but that's just disrespectful
Benning and Green are gone as of today.
Perhaps the Nucks can turn their season around.
The camera cuts when he said past, present, and future were perfect lol
As a Vancouver resident who hasn't watched hockey in years, this is heartbreaking.
Yet 10 years ago feels like yesterday…
Never give up fans and team there will be better times and wins. Pens fan from Germany !!!
Announcer is clearly clueless on why the sweater was thrown & he answers his on question while talking about it
It’s just a sign that the changes are necessary.
Man that is ugly. I wish we never came to that. I haven't bought a ticket or Jersey since they fired Linden. I though he had a better plan but seeing that retro on the ice was heart breaking.
I don't see a problem with it. It's the fan's money for one and he or she can do with it as he or she pleases. Frankly I think it sends a bigger message than just booing. I feel bad for Canuck fans their management has no plan and take on bad contract after bad contract with an owner that refuses to make any significant changes.
:52: This is the OTHER part of the story. Travis Green is already half way down the runway and the players are still standing looking bewildered on the bench.
When Detroit plays there, local grocers will need to refuse to sell any octopus
The fans in this city have put up with a crap team for over fifty years . How dare you John Garret to criticize that frustrated fan.
0:20 It was at this moment he know… he fucked up.
I love how people are saying it's the most disrespectful thing a fan can do….. Like no shit Sherlock that's the point of it.
Well I have more respect for Brian Dumoulin now…
People who know nothing about the team, nothing about the situation look at this like "what's wrong with you? Why would you throw the jersey on the ice" while the next day, the Canucks fired the GM & Coach. Do you think the owner would've done that if no jersey was thrown on the ice? It's a visible message to the owner, an embarrassment 8 years in the making that he saw which worked in creating change. Maybe you all should think twice before questioning it now.
10-1-1 since then
