Kinda forgot how dominant Stevie Y was when you compare it to a current dominator.
ArferMorgan
Forgot how many points Yzerman racked up before he switched to a 200ft game.
Clunt-Baby
Imagine if McJesus played in the 80s
Errour
Trottier is a beast. Of all the legends who have donned the Pens jersey, he is the 5th best behind Lemieux, Jagr, Francis, and Coffey.
JoshTheKid87
Sid should be up there, but “thanks” to Steckel he’s not
TyperMcTyperson
Wayne was just ridiculous.

It is insane and tragic how underrated Hawerchuk was and continues to be.
Darwing
So yzerman and howerchuk are better than mcdavid before 25yrs old?
No-Repeat-9055

These lists always just remind me how far above Gretzky was.

If Conor played vs the same guys Wayne played, he’d probably have 2400 lol
p0tentX
He had some bad injuries already too. Coulda have a lot more points.
AP0LLOBLU
Jesus Gretzky, lol calm the fuck down
ron_fendo
Now we just need McDavid to go to a real market with multiple serviceable players around him.
Zumpano21
Pretty wild that the top 4 could all be found playing on the same night.
80s hockey was wide open
lousy_bum
This is a great example for everyone who questions modern players to past players. « Gretzky couldn’t do it now », or « modern players would have killed it back then. » Look at how much more dominant he was than all the others. There is NO comparison. 99 put up those numbers against players who could have done the same. He was just better than anyone. Before or since.
