Haven’t seen this shared here yet, but a mini TEAM 1040 reunion with Dave Pratt on Donnie and Dhali last Friday. Really great hearing his takes on the team and sports media as a whole. If there’s anyone who needs to be back in broadcasting, it’s definitely the Pratt man.

Wasn’t Dave Pratt one of the stupidest people in Canucks media? Like we’re talking Jim Matheson and Steve Simmons stupid.
As much as people hated this guy, what an absolutely awesome interview. I miss the days (D&D are close) of hard hitting sports talk with personality and edginess. DP brought that and more.
People had good reasons to pile on the guy but on the other hand this guy has more personality than most of our modern cookie-cutter commentators. Sure he wasn’t perfect but the way this town piles on a guy goes too far. He should still have a job eviscerating the Canucks.
Screw Pratt. There is a reason he is no longer on the radio. He thought the Canucks were going to win the cup within 5 years after Horvats second season. How that work out Dave ?
