The jersey is believed to be from the 1981-82 preseason, possibly worn by Ron Flockhart, before the team switched to sandow for the regular season. This was the first year of the infamous cooperalls. To fit over them the jerseys were cut(some literally) shorter above the waist. The pants are just sweatpants the flyers are selling to go with the reverse retros. I’ve had the jersy for a while and the pants just came in today and I realized they were the matching set. So it’s not technically a “real” set but it looks cool together and a weird piece of hockey history.
