Hughes might have the best snap shot in the league. Most “natural goal scorers” either have a fast and accurate wrist shot, or a howitzer or a slapshot/one-timer, but the fact that Hughes can put a serious shot on net without telegraphing it to goalies is a special and unique skill. We are so lucky to have him.
