I'm a Robertson fan, let me be clear about that. I wanna see that guy keep doing what he's doing.
But man, he's frustrating to figure out! I've specifically been keeping a close eye on him since game 1 this season expecting it to be ab ig year for him, and while it has, I don't really understand what he does that's so great. Like I don't know what the specific skill is that allows him to score as frequently as he does. I don't think he's really a sniper. He doesn't put moves on people. He doesn't have blazing fast speed. I think the only thing I can really say is he has a high awareness of the game maybe? He just has a knack on where to go and recognizing opportunities whenever they arise, having a really good sense of knowing where the puck will be going next.
A lot of times we often see McDavid put up a super highlight reel goal, slicing through 5 skaters before beating the goalie and we say, "Wow, he made that look easy."
But I wonder if that's a phrase we should be saving for Robertson instead, lol. So many of his goals are really just, "Yeah, I put the puck towards the net and went in. Pretty simple, really."

Are the Stars allergic to winning games that go past regulation? Good grief. They're now a pathetic 3-9 when they play past 60 minutes. If you want to win the division and finish with the #1 seed in the Western Conference, you can't keep leaving points on the board especially when playing at home. Smh
