    Seem like quality people.

Edit: I just noticed his childhood friend is on there too lol. That’s nice.

  2. Judge24601

    awww that’s really sweet

no matter what I’m glad he’s here. At least we have his smile

  3. JTMilleriswortha1st

and fans wanted him traded for a 2nd at the deadline lol. Seem like great people tho happy to have him

  4. dmonator

This is the most wholesome shit I’ve seen in my entire life.

I’ve only had Kuzmenko for half a season but if anything happened to him or his family I would kill everyone here and then myself.

  5. canucklehead200

We need more of this, wholesomeness OD

  6. overscaled

wow…say whatever you want, Thomas Drance and many media reporters, I am just happy that we signed him.

  7. helixflush

THIS is exactly the kind of identity of personnel the team needs

  8. jodiewritesstuff

Why is Kuzmenko the most wholesome player to exist

  9. Thorzehn

Damn these agents know how to play us like a fiddle.

  10. BruceThereItIs

This is the cutest thing ever.

Probably want to keep their son in Canada vs. Eligible for Draft in Russia.

    Glad to have him here.

I haven’t felt this kind of love for a Canuck since Bure. Honestly. His joy for life. It’s infectious. I’m super happy he’s resigned. Jersey on the way.

i am now no longer of the mind that we shouldve trade kuzmenko.

I am now blaming PA for not signing our boy to a 12 x 12

  13. OctaVariuM8

Look, I know signing him is a bit controversial due to the presumed direction of the team, but I really love Kuz.

He seems to have such a great time playing the game of hockey and that really rubs off on me positively. Seeing him out there beaming with happiness and celebrating with gusto really warms my heart.

He clearly comes from good stock and I wish nothing but the best for him as we look forward to 2024 and 2025. Might be my new favorite Canuck.

  14. aquilifer_93

why did it take so long for him to come to the NHL? Milstein said he’s been with him since he was 20

  15. PathThatIsNoPath

How do you not love Kuzy? All smiles, fun and love for the game. Seems like a great family and friends guy, hope his late nhl start means he can carry into his 30s at a good rate. On the Canucks or not, just want the guy to have a good career.

  16. CamaroGirl96

Omg 🥹🥹🥹 I can’t even. I’m so glad Kuzy is staying. We need some of this wholesomeness around us right now.

  17. mmavcanuck

I wanted the canucks to trade him, but now that he’s signed I never want him to leave.

  18. sargasso-

Idc about the logic of the signing, this is blessed content. The most precious thing to happen to the Canucks all season.

  19. homemade_vancouver

Clearly Kuzy comes into those dimples and that smile honestly. Glad Allvin got him on paper before he got another offer. Great kid, he’ll be good for the team and Petey for the long haul.

    Canucks: « 2 years at $5 mil AAV. »

    Milstein: « 2 years at $6 mil AAV. »

    Canucks: « 2 years at $5.25 mil AAV. »

    Milstein: « 2 years at $5.75 mil AAV. »

Canucks: « 2 years at $5.5 mil AAV and his family says nice stuff about us so the city isn’t so mad. Final offer. »

Milstein: « 2 years at $5.5 mil AAV, the family says nice stuff about you, and his buddy Turpal gets in on the action, too. »

    Canucks: « Done. »

    Turpal: « Is nice! »

  21. MarvelousOxman

Kuzmenko is the rare kind of player I’d actually buy his jersey. With only the two year contract though and with the way things are going though with this management group I feel like none of them are a safe bet.

  22. Trade Proposal— we get the rest of the Kuzmenkos and Russia gets Francesco and a lifetime supply of free blueberries!

  23. nizzery

Turpal and the rest of the entourage about to rip it downtown up with that contract bling

  24. I think bringing in Gonchar sealed the deal. I’m hoping Gonchar can work wonders with Pods as well. Sounds like he may be heading back to the big club soon.

  25. infinitez_

This is so sweet and wholesome. I’m glad we get another 2 years of Kuz.

  26. dbainerr

I remember watching the broadcast of when they were at the game. Kuz’s dad stone faced the entire time. When Kuz put one in he instantly had a big smile plastered across his face. Though we lost that game, that was a great moment.

  27. disiz_mareka

Watched Kuz and Petey stay the longest on the ice for pre-game warmups last night. Rifling cross ice saucer passes back and forth from the faceoff circles, then casually nailing one-timers bar down. The skill was jaw dropping.

  28. rippinkitten18

Noticed they didn’t thank the ownership group

  29. jackfrench9

I’m so glad we didn’t ship this guy. I know there’s arguments to be made about why we should have sold him, but you really need quality people in your team and this guy seems to come from a really good background.

  30. Vanrainy1

Hard not to like this kid, hope nothing but the best for this guy.
