If you're an OG listener of the GFP Podcast, you know how I feel about Sheldon Keefe. The Leafs have the 4th best record in the NHL since he took over as head coach in November 2019. The Leafs need to see it through with Keefe for at least one more playoff run.

The asking price for barbashev is a 2nd round pick and prospect . I could definitely see Dubas doing that and then using his first round pick for McCabe
The second game against Columbus is a spitting image and example as to why I don't have any faith in this team still. I have been consistent all year about they don't look much different and I'm not impressed with what I see. Yeah sweet were doing good in the reg season again…..same as last year and the year before that. But once playoffs come I just don't see it happening. I hate being so negative but fuck I'm just being real and I just see the same old bullshit and same old team. And Mathews is worse this year.
Like I've been saying in other comment sections, they need to ask about Sam Bennett in Florida. Gritty, hard worker with some offensive abilities. Perfect type of playoff player. He can play wing or center. I hope the rumors aren't true about bringing in Tyler Myers, Luke Schenn or Gavrikov are much better options to look at. Either way, imo Justin Holl can NOT be in that top 6 come game 1. Dubas needs to swing for the fences if he wants to be back next year.

Before the season started, I predicted Dallas vs NYR in the cup finals. We'll see how it plays out. As far as firing Sheldon in Toronto….get outta here with that BS, now if the Leafs go out in the first round yet again, maybe….especially if Dubas is gone, but at this point in the season, hell nah.
