Un autre défenseur offensif résoudra les problèmes… n’est-ce pas?

That’s not the case. Oilers need a defensemen that can make a good first pass. Ceci actively ruins offence.

The players, specifically the top players, have asked for a puck-moving dman that can hit the net.

As a Ducks fan, may I interest you in one of our many horrible offensive defensemen? Take Klingberg, please God take Klingberg….

  4. He’s not exactly just « an OD » right now. It’s not like they’re adding some middling OD that gets the title for being a liability on defense. He’s an elite player again that can instantly make impact on a team.

Ask Philly about the difference between having Chris Pronger in the game and not having him in the game. Some guys will instantly change a team.

The big question is what they’d trade to get him.

Luke Schenn is on the block…. just saying

An impact possession top pairing dman would help, yeah. But making the money work will be a challenge. His contract is just massive.

I get what your saying but show EK65 some respect. He’s not just some “another offensive defenseman”.
