If you look closely you can see Nuke stumble over Dewar’s soul as it’s leaving his body

Looks like that fan in the Kaprizov jersey tried to fight Manson. Not the sharpest tool in the shed.

You want the honest truth. Manson is the glue guy that stabilizes the bottom 2 pairings. He slides in on whatever pairing you need and does a little bit of everything well. He adds physicality, he’s smart with the puck, enjoys playing a physical style which is important for any defender in my opinion and isnt afraid to make some plays. He adds that extra edge to colorado especially with guys like Englend and Mcdermid floating in the lineup right now. Nobody not even Reaves has an easy night with those 3 in the lineup. Of course Kurtis will fall out eventually and probably englend, but for now with as many injuries that we have teams are going to get pushed around by us atleast and have a bitch of a time with our size. Nuke, Mikko, Englund, Manson, McDermid, EJ when he gets back in the playoffs.

He really does add a different dimension to the defense corps. He was outstanding tonight.

In the postgame interview with the TNT crew, Manson talked about the early hit like 10 seconds into the game and how he wanted to see right away if everything was going to be good to go.
I love his attitude. A coach’s son that isn’t afraid to be physical and has a high hockey IQ.
Going back to him making that save against StL last year in the playoffs, he’s the dude that really makes the whole machine go. A lot of those recent 3rd period leads get held if he’s in the game – like tonight.
