And Hellberg looked great tonight outside of that first mishap. Here’s hoping his play earned a bit more trust from Lalonde to let him take a couple more starts off of Husso’s shoulders.

Just watched Larks take that stick to the head in the first. How the actual fuck can the league talk about how they’re taking player safety seriously when that’s the 3rd head/neck shot Larks has taken in 2 fucking years with no penality? Got my blood boiling.
Been really happy with zadinas game since he came back. 2 points in 4 games, he’s a hound on the puck. He’s got a sneaky good ability at disrupting plays and taking pucks away. Exciting to see if he kicks it up a notch when he’s not 4 games removed from a broken leg

Next Tuesday at Washington is gonna be a big battle.
We had 5 goals with 23 shots. They had 2 goals in 35 shots. Nice game by Hellberg overall. I think Bert played an amazing game and I will be sad if we don’t keep him. He’s sorta the special sauce on the team that makes things happen.
