So pumped for the game tomorrow
Although there’s so much to remember and admire from Neilers game play, what stuck out for me was the pregame warmups. He was always the last one on the ice and spent the last two minutes roofing loose pucks in front of the net, both on forehand and backhand. He was the example to the whole arena that even skills like “garbage” goals come from hard work and practice. Nothing is free.
