What does this mean !
We did him a disservice by not doing this much much earlier. Either let him play in Utica and work on his confidence and off-puck play, or let him get some consistent minutes in the NHL. Don’t play him once every 2 weeks and expect him to improve

This should have happened four months ago.
Im really not a fan of what I have seen from him.
And before people tell me: “He just needs to play more and the potential is there”
But the minimum requirement to be in the lineup is to bring some sort of value to which I believe he didn’t.
