  1. 3-4 more solid d-men, 2 depth pieces on forwards, and a properly reliable tendie.
    thats about all they need😂

  2. Calling them a playoff team is being generous, they're barely holding a wildcard spot.

  3. Maybe waiving/trading 56, 13 and a D man so we can keep Desharnais and also acquiring another big body d man. This team holds on to some players way too long.

  4. Don’t trade Broberg. Bouchard is who I think they should trade, he is the biggest defensive liability on the team.

  5. Trade their 2nd best forward to get 2 Top NHL Pairing D – men, likely the two new Top Pairing D – Men will get the same pay as that the forward is getting.

  6. What you experts have overlooked, is the whole teams commitment to better defence. The forwards need to improve in this area.

  7. Stupid idiotic moves that would be four more years of 11 million dollars stop making dumb decisions for the Oilers if you don't know nothing. That move would totally destroy the organization

  8. All they need? I think not. Button is just bloviating here. Some size, toughness and grit are badly needed too. And if you love Nurse so much, you can HAVE him. At $4.5 mil, he's a good asset, At $9+ mil, he's a BUM!

  9. The forward balance has only existed for the better part of one regular season after years of a similar roster being really weak after the top lines. It’s not a sure thing long term yet, but we can hope.

  10. The oilers aren’t any big acquisition away from being an actual contender. Granted that would help but until the entire team buys into playing any defence at all, the oilers are what they are.

  11. Yes by adding more offensive minded players on a team that lacks couple of solid stay at home dmen
    🤔

  12. Answer: They don't.

Free McDavid. Bring New market's son back home.
