At least they showed some heart out there…

  2. SlapLeft

Hospital home lottery. Flames were absolutely abused.

  3. _sunburn

    Said it in the GDT

In his last 20 starts makstorm’s only had 3 starts where his sv% is above .920

    THREE FUCKING GAMES

  4. marbsarebadredux

Fuck this team, see you next game

  5. GrafNebelgeist

I did not have a good time watching this hockey game.

and yet I watched and watched.

  6. Slayerkid13

Well that game was certainly something.

See you fine people on Tuesday where hopefully the Flames can pull out a W.

  7. Theboofgoof

Okay Markstorm has been ass this year no doubt but can someone explain to me why there’s a narrative that this team is good and is being held back by goaltending?

I genuinely can’t wrap my head around how you can watch this team and come to that conclusion

  8. Yeah this season is over. Trade deadline soon and the team has no finish and no goaltending, we’re not gonna fix it this year. Bin it and try to get a decent pick in a stacked draft

  9. Mikel_Dup

At least Looch won a fight.. I guess..

  10. TravisTouchdown_51

Can’t have any expectations ruined if you had none to start off with!

  11. natenicholson

Should I quit watching? This brings me no joy

Only 22 games left in the season, and we are still putting up shitshow performances like tonight. Time to call a spade a spade – we aren’t making the playoffs this year. Our next game is against Boston, so that’s an obvious L. And then even if we were to go on a 10 game streak, we’d still only be sitting at 87 points with 11 games to go.

Tre needs to just sell what we can to load up on assets, cause this team is going to need a major identity change this offseason. Literally nobody should be safe. Sell off the guys we can, and try again. This year has just been a colossal disaster.

We won the corsi battle. That is the ultimate victory at the end.

Besides that, the next half decade is going to be very painful. This is year 1 of the Huberdeau Kadri era and already the team looks like it isn’t good enough.

Bye bye Brad have fun in Toronto. Sorry, the results haven’t come and the process (building the team through free agency and 30+ signings) is overrated.

Sutter can go 3 months ago. Nothing to see here, role some more 4 on 4 Lewis to tank some pts away.

    Markstrom… I’ll just pretend he doesn’t exist.

I like Jakob Pelletier. He’s cool.

We are so close to being a contender.

If we could add a McDavid, Makar, and a Hasek I am sure we could contend.

  15. zenlebedee

Backlund is the only one who played with heart tonight.
Put the C on him already and lock his ass up!

  16. CaptinDerpI

Jacob Markstrom over .900 SV% and don’t let in the first shot challenge (Impossible)

  17. NightStrike687

From now on we should just start permanently fighting every game

  18. Bigasspikachu

No way Brad decides to be a buyer at the deadline now so thats good I guess

  19. SupahPlaya

    I am greatly disappointed

that we didn’t get a line brawl at the end there.

  20. bluemountaindrew

Sure there’s issues with this team but it really all comes down to goaltending for me. It’s just constantly bad. So deflating for the team when first two shots go in. Once you lose faith on your goalie it is extremely hard to play a good game.

  21. b-mint94

It’s at the point where I actually want them to lose to increase our draft pick and to force the org to look in the mirror and be honest with themselves about the future of this team

  22. Aarondirtysanchez

    Okay NOW the season’s over.

  23. deltajulietbravo

This is the first time ever that I just turned the game off and went about my night. I used to have hope til the bitter end but no longer.

  24. Armchair-Gm-Podcast

.847 team save % in 10 games since all star break as per Pat Steinberg

    That’ll get er done

  25. Dusty_Tendy_4_2_18_2

Just got home from Hockey. Someone give me a brief breakdown so I don’t have to watch highlights and cry
