LES MAPLE LEAFS DEVRAIENT-ILS S’INQUIÉTER DE LA BAISSE DE POINTS DE MATTHEWS?

  1. Should the Maple Leafs pursue another forward at the deadline or look to add a d-man ?
    Let us know 👇

  2. Matthews: Uhh uhh duuuh umm umm uh uuuh uuum uh duh uuum uh uuh duuh umm um uuh umm. This guy makes Butthead sound Ivy League.

  3. How about Matthews offering a pay cut till we see how next season turns out? He appears to be playing through some sort of wrist injury, and that doesn't bode well for the future. The Leafs still need a number-one goalie, by the way.

  4. Mathews? Bro McDavid is on pace to score 150 points! (Last person to do it was Mario Lemieux)

  5. Not even going to watch the video – just came here to say what an absolute joke the question even is, and what lazy "journalism" this is.

  6. Last year arcade mode, this year, not engaged enough or at all some nights. Yes, something is up. Not going to his spots, not cutting towards the middle.

  7. I think he's going through the Yzerman transformation. He's focused more on his 2-way game these days. His scoring will dip because of it. I'd rather have team success than Matthews getting his numbers. Also he plays with Nylander, who's a goal scorer himself. I'm not worried at all.

  8. What scoring decline? This is his average scoring pace before last year inflated it. Stupid Laffs media back at it again

  9. He has like 25 goals his defense is really good this year. Can tell that he wants to win this year.

  10. Just like every star every dry spell it's all the same. Keep pushing as long as you are getting your chances they will start going in, also play defense while you are dry

  11. Im cool with matthews not being such a goal scorer this year…the leafs a literally 4th overall in the nhl with matthews being just good on offense…id rather him save it for the playoffs…his defense has been first class though…conversely mcdavid is lighting it up like never before and the oilers are still in danger of missing the playoffs in a weak western conference no less

  12. His defensive abilities are increasing dramatically I'd be concerned only if he finishes with under 40 and even then only if we have another early exit

  13. If he doesn’t put up in this year’s playoffs, trade him for the first pick in the draft. It gets the Leafs out of cap hell as a bonus. An underperforming (when it matters most) $12 million plus player made of glass isn’t worth it. Besides Bedard could be better.

  14. as long as he plays better than last year in playoff, I dont care how he plays in regular season

  15. 🤔🤔
    Is he hurt or SICK.
    He just doesn't Care.
    Is he worth the $$$$
    Not really….
    Where is the PASSION?.

  16. Not concerned one bit, this team is learning to win without having to rely on Auston carrying the offense all the time, not a bad thing

  17. Marner is the engine that takes players to another level .
