I truly haven’t been this excited as a fan for a long time. Although we might be headed toward a rough next couple of seasons, watching these young guys develop is going to be exciting. Glass, Tomasino, Parssinen, Novak and Evangelista are going to be a blast to watch

I hope they play him in the top six, as he is primarily a playmaker at this stage of his career. I honestly thought it’d be Afanasyev or Nurmi before Evangelista just because they have more complete, if less compelling, games.

I’m very excited for the future.
I started following hockey this year after joining a fantasy league with my friends. Happened to pick up Josi, Forseberg, Granlund, and Saros not knowing who they really were and fell in love with the team despite their difficulties. Just got my first Smashville gear for Xmas. All I can say is…dang, what an awesome time to be a new fan! I’m super excited to be here for this major rebuild no matter where it takes us!
