  1. My god the very first goal was the EXACT reason why i did not like Barron back in preseason and seems he has not adjusted or improved his game at all.
So then i have to ask is the Habs management coaching paying attention at all WHY is he even up on the big team?So what am i referring to ? >>Barron is SLOW of mind he takes way too long to think about what he is going to do that is not a good hockey player this is not midget hockey yo uhave to know what you are going to do BEFORE you even get the puck. The other problem and this is a problem with all players that struggle they play with their head down too much that is why they can';t think faster and see the ice because they are not looking at the ice and the entire surface to see the game properly and defense are the ones that have the best opportunity to see the ice a lot better than the forwards.

  2. MTL is sooooooooooo bad in their own end >>>poor coaching. These guys are often puck watching and not covering the points.Good thing the Sharks are abad team and not a lot of scoring especially losing Timo because MTL was sloppy as heck and caught up ice far too often.
i said long ago Pitlick is under rated he skates great he is smart he is like a better Gallagher but he is small and that is a big problem with the team all their skill is small players or soft players.
You don't need to have all the best players to be a good team you just need to think and play smart but so far since St.Louis arrived i have yet to see the SYSTEMS and smarts i expect coaching to teach the players the right way to play.IDK how St.Louis operates but maybe he should watch footage because it would be easy to get lost in the game in the moment and not really see what is going on out there on the ice.
St.Louis is not going to be the coach to bring a group of young players to be better hockey players and that is sadly my true gut feeling. He does have good patience and calmness both good traits as a coach but he needs to teach systems teach players to pick up a man and not become puck watchers the only thing he can't teach is toughness winning puck battles this is simply a soft team.

  3. Gurianov is fine but he needs to be told one thing >>stick around the front of the net before and after shooting don't be a drive by shooter because rebounds are there to be had and sadly the habs often lack anyone going to the front of the net. They are so loaded on defense in the system perhaps experiment when Arber comes back put him in front of the net try him as a winger or even in front on the powerplay.Phil Esposito held the NHL record for goals and he was an awful hockey player who could barely skate he stood in front of the net and of course helps if you have Bobby Orr on the point.
