With the comments about Reilly, I just think it's similar to Tavares last year after his head injury. Injuries can mess you up long after you've been cleared. Yes, it's an issue now, but I won't believe it's a long term/real issue unless we see this continue next year.
Holl might have his struggles at times, yes. But he is still further up the depth chart than Timmins.
holl on for 3 goals against every game isnt just erased because holl gets 1 secondary assist every 15 games. all the odd man rushes and break aways against are when holl is on the ice.

Lafferty's speed is amazing and has shown this since he arrived and should be on a line with Matthews and Nylander and Marner needs to drop down where he can slow the pace down for Tavares because Nylander is just to fast. You what happens when Nylander has speedy partners. My God it is so obvious and yet the coaching staff takes so much time to figure out

Justin Holl's inability to stop opposing forwards on a consistent basis should make it an easy decision for Leafs management to trade him this summer.
Give O'Rielly a few weeks to recover and wrap his finger in a steel sleeve. You don't have to bend a finger to hold the stick or shoot the puck.
Bourne trashes Samsonov all the time. Samsonov won the game. That bottom 6 can't stop a cycle. They can't generate offence. They cant can't carry the puck. Engvall is deeply missed in the middle of the Leafs lineup. Why is Aston Reese playing at all.
Lafferty has made 1 rush since hes been here and the JD's love him lol. Lafferty gave the puck away in the 1st period and Samsonov had to make 2 incredible saves.
For the 1st time in a very long time I'm actually looking forward to watching the Leafs in the playoffs this year. I think moving Bunting to the 4th line is a smart move. I think ihe's better then most 4th liners and he will score some big goals for the leafs in the playoffs from this move. The guy is not a 1st liner. I would like to see Marner making more quicker smart hockey plays instead of dangling all the time. He will not get time in space in playoffs and it would be nice to see him preping for that. I think he will be the most important guy for them come playoff time. Him and Samsonov. If they want to get past Tampa and Boston.
O'Reilly changes his gloves every 15 mins (literally). A hand injury seems like it would be a big deal for him. 🙂
