  1. Special note on the Colorado game: The Avs have 10 straight wins against Detroit, have not lost in six years to the day.

  2. Bruins/Wild would definitely be an interesting Cup Finals. Boston and Minnesota both are probably the best hockey states in the Country.

  3. Detroit played good defense. Until they didn't. That shorthanded goal from Lars "I score goals in weird situations" Ellers sucked the life out of Detroit.

  4. I know the B's have clinched a playoff spot but I still hate to see them lose. I know they will probably rest some vets soon but I want them competing hard for playoffs. Am I wrong?

  5. Bruins need to play Ullmark more to get him back on track. He actually gave up 4 goals today even though only 2 counted.

  6. What a WEEK for the Avalanche! 5 game Ws streak, go 4 for 4 on the road trip and now… only 1 point back of first in the division. And they play Chicago at home next… good vibes all over in Colorado

  7. New fan to hockey but erasing goals because of offsides is terrible. Get so excited for goals, now that is tapped down because there might be a challenge. Go Wild.

  8. Colorado and Minnesota looking at Dallas right now like "WHY are running? Those OTL points can only get you so far."

  9. Even with the loss, I think Minnesota played a good game. With all of the missing starters, the fact that they kept it close for most of the game against Boston is impressive. Then again, they have much more on the line.

  10. That was a hard earned win for the Bruins. The Wild played very well and Gustavsson played very well in goal.

  11. I missed a good chunk of the game, but from what I’ve seen so far edvinsson is not ready for the nhl.

  12. Offsides are a problem in the NHL, many entries into the zone are offsides or very close, guys gotta take notice. Goals called back take the wind out of you. ,

  13. Eller is getting comfortable on the Avalanche. The Avs are starting to look very dangerous again

  14. Wild are now 0-9 in the last 9 challenges they've been involved in… Can we go back to before the coach's challenge?

  15. Boston outplayed the wild even if we got all our goals we still lost. but my word were the refs atrocious 2 goals called back from offsides and one being extremely obvious and they still missed it? how… penalties while called there were some dumb ones and it seemed the wild were the only ones to get called when stuff is outside of the play (i know we had 5+ pps but still annoying when thats how they try to balance a game just call everything or only things IN THE PLAY) or in the play with hartman taking a highstick on the rush forcing him off the ice. Im so tired of these close judgment calls against the wild coming back as no goal calls seems to me the last few years the NHL has been going with the policy of Uncertantity means you go with the call on the ice if Toronto has better angles GIVE US THE ANGLES I'm tired of wondering if the league is rigged or if a magical camera exists that second offsides call from all angles we saw were inconclusive at best meaning its a good goal. momentum disappeared from that not that we had much.

also just cause i'm upset Ulmark should still have those goals counted against his save% and gaa just because im mad

  16. Georgiev was almost perfect – on 34 shots. Noteworthy that the one that got by him deflected off the D-man's ankle. Dude is the real deal

  17. MACK is such a beast he’s top 6 in points and has at least 9 less games played than every other player around him

  18. I am still optimistic on the Jets chances of making the dance. If nothing else, I am experiencing high anxiety hockey, every shift counts now.

  19. For the Jets the game was looking like yet another experience of generally playing better than the other team, but not finding ways to score.
Lowry was a beast all game, but especially so in the 3rd period. Hopefully some of the drive and passion he displayed will spread to other members of the team.
I'm elated that the Jets finally managed to start scoring and came out with the win – but they definitely need to build from this win rather than sit back considering this effort good enough.
