I will keep saying what I've been saying for 2 yrs. That is Keefe cannot manage a game in progress. That is very clear. He overthinks everything and that does not lead to a cohesive team effort. The players do not listen to him . They make it up as they go along within a game.

Dont understand why they don't understand why the Islander fans taunt Tavares. He strung the team along about staying when he clearly was going to Toronto the whole time. This game showed why the Leafs fail in the playoffs and the Isles reached two ECF. Nothing changed.
The Leaf's have nothing to play for because they know they'll be knocked out in the first round. The Leaf's are NOT sustainable.
The difference is that Tampa Bay knows how to TURN IT ON in the playoffs, the Leafs don't. Tampa is just resting right now, come playoff time, totally knew team awaits in the first round. They know they need to rest right now.
Honestly, if Steve hadn't made that flag pole comment and that other dude hadn't said that Tavares was officially unleashed, (and just general Leaf fan attitude – like yankee fans, but with pre-04 red sox history) we may be a bit nicer about it.
