Our PP still needs to improve. Other than that great 2nd and 3rd period

  2. dcgirl98

Yet another slow 1st with strong 2nd and 3rd periods. The Kid line was 🔥. All 3 scored and they were the ones driving to the net and actually trying. 4th line was solid again. Kids and 4th lines showed up again. Still think Bread and Kane should be broken up. It’s not really working. I like Vlad on PP1 instead. Halak made some real amazing saves and kept us in this. Great job and on to Tuesday! Let’s hope they do practice or at least skate before then. We don’t want another “warm-up period.” See everyone at home! LGR!!

  3. Bornlastnight

Someone tell the boys that we all know there’s no quit in New York. They don’t need to keep starting the game with multi-goal deficits to prove it.

  4. jahauser

As promised I’m here in the postgame talking about our comeback!

  5. lukelliot

Chytil getting down on the ice for that celly with Kakko for his goal is giving me life.

  6. ColdYellowGatorade

The balance in scoring is also such a key for this team. Anyone on all 4 lines can score at any given moment.

  7. Krispyford

Let’s go Sens! We might actually catch the Devils for home ice at this point. They slumped at the worst time lol

  8. LetsGoNYR

Parade is still on the menu boyzzzz

  9. yeyeman9

I think GG promised the kids a trip to Disney World if they had a good game

  10. Midnight_java

I want the entire kid line to get the Broadway hat tonight!

  11. Vaeltaja82

Looking at the playoffs, does it matter if we finish second or third? Is it going to be devils anyway? I haven’t quite understood how it goes.

  12. darkgrayallalone

Halak really stepped up tonight. Made some huge saves late in the game.

Also, I love how well the kid line played tonight.

  13. brush85

So many good players on one team is a crime. A crime of passion

  14. dcgirl98

Kane called them the Kid line!! 😍😍

  15. Krispyford

Kane looks like a little elf in that hat

  16. jaypeedee1025

The kid line that’s all i have to say watching Laff Kaako and chytil to but especially Laff and Kaako for how much shit they have taken both play pivotal roles on a pivotal line for a cup contender. imagine when Laff is i don’t know the ripe old age of 23 😂😂😂

  17. ImmortalHitman720

What really sucks is the fact that we won’t get another Mika Zibanecat picture until Tuesday.

  18. SirusRiddler

Rangers basically just need one more point to officially clinch a playoff spot, correct?

  19. jaypeedee1025

Eric and Marc Stall both played noticeably bad games i bet as soon as florida can cut bate with both they will .

  20. joethewater

Kid Line each with 1G 1A. They have evolved to complement each other so well.

  21. New_Capital3267

    Go back to

    Bread-Zbad-Tarasenko

    Kreider-Trocheck-Kane

and then revert back to the 2 PP units we were rolling with pre-Canes series.

Then we’ll be firing on all cylinders.

  22. PhishermansPhriend

Halak the unsung hero of this season tbh

The kid line was unreal, but between the three, Chytil’s really stood out imo.

Just drives the play with his speed. He’s been really doing it all this season including defensively. The light bulb turned on for him mid last season. Really awesome to see how he’s progressed since. He should get the broadway hat imo.

  25. guccikline

Man the flashes that Laf shows at times are amazing. Really hope he puts it all together, hes still just 21

  26. NotFoley

I know it is absolutely not his game at all, but Harpur in the offensive zone hurts my soul. They need to figure out these 1st period no shows, but the fight back is great to see.

  27. Crimson3312

Leafs winning tonight would be cool too

  28. DivClassLg

Balance wins cups. Kane knows this and I don’t see another team with 4 lines like this one. Come playoff time the top 2 lines cancel each other out. Bottom 6 and bottom pairs win games you are not supposed too.

The Bollands, Laads, Hammers and Oduyas and such really mean alot and that kid line and that 4th line look better tthen other teams right now.

NY sb very happy right now

  29. NachooManSandyRavage

Playoffs wise this game really didn’t mean much for us. We still have NJ. But the confidence booster and the digging deep this team did is massive

  30. eidanoosh

Shoutout to that one guy who earlier today said the kid line needs to do more than just put in good possession shifts.

  31. mondayschild9

They need to stop sleep walking in the first period. This seems like 2 or 3 games in a row where the first period is atrocious.

  32. leavemealoneplz69

Didn’t see the game today, stat sheet looks like the kid line dominated

  33. Key-Tip-7521

After what felt like a playoff atmosphere 2 nights ago to tonight, where in tonight’s game after the 1st period the Rangers looked sunburnt. But, after the 2nd period and carrying over into the 3rd, the Rangers looked suntanned. And they brought those Kitten Mittens from the last Flyers’ game to tonight’s game. Those mittens made the Panthers smitten!

1st Period, not too good. Awful on the Power Play, not good in their(NYR) zone and couldnt get a shot. Penalty Kill looked really good tonight.

Then, come 2nd period, where it looked like it wasnt meant to be the Rangers’ night, emerged a line who have been working their ass off in the last 3 games. ~~The Kid Line~~ The Yute Line. Puck retrieval, cycling, forchecking, and eventually, not 1, not 2, but 3 goals. Started with Kakko set up by Laf and Chytil. « Wow it’s a nice goal. » Laf equalizes from a beautiful pass from the Captain. Ohhh Baby! Nice goal. Chytil’s goal, filthy. A slick GWG nominee. Because of their effort tonight, it lit a fire under the team’s ass. Capping off the goals, is the USA’s best player ever(until Adam Fox takes that) ~~Evander~~ [I see you Sam haha] Patrick (My Name’s Not Rick) Kane got a odd bounce. But it went in [https://media.tenor.com/Gjc3gBY-n2kAAAAC/patrickkane-showtime.gif](https://media.tenor.com/Gjc3gBY-n2kAAAAC/patrickkane-showtime.gif) and this of course [https://youtu.be/YTcZ9THPX1E](https://youtu.be/YTcZ9THPX1E). The great 88 set the record straight!

The rest of the game, the Rangers were in control. Shut it down. Little nervous towards the end but not fully nervous because the Panthers forgot how to shoot the puck. Why? Because of the Kitten Mittens duh. But seriously, the Rangers are playing a game of hockey late in the game when they have the lead, kind of playing shut it down in the final 3-5 minutes. Happens alot in the playoffs. The Yute Line, I said this the past two games. If this line gets cooking come playoff time (in Sam’s voice) Oh Man. I’d like to see some guys shoot more (looking at you Kreids especially in the 1st period plus you Vova in the 3rd period).

Overall, the Rangers found a way to win. That happens in the playoffs. Rangers win! 2 points in the bag! Closer to clinching a playoff spot. And people wanted this team to lose tonight’s game. Smh. Team will not back down. I love it. Rangers win, Eye Lan Duh’s lost(I absolutely love it). Focus on the next Ranger game that is important. Off two days and back at it against the Jackets on Tuesday. God Save the King. Back afta dis

Back by popular demand! Choose one or both! Idc… Onto the Jackets

    Watching Devils/Ottawa, tied 3-3 in the 3rd.

Ottawa has an open net! But the player couldn’t finish it!

    It’s Gauthier 🤣

  35. ice_nyne

I will NEVER get tired of telling people Carter Verhaeghe scored Patrick Kane’s 450th career goal!

  36. JPmoneyman

Kinda wild that we had 3 shots on goal after the first period and ended up with 41
