Even in NHL when I tried to tank & finished with the second worse record, I still picked 6th.

Even if it isn’t rigged, this just shows how stupid the whole system is. There needs to be mechanisms in place so that the lottery is spread more evenly for teams that are legitimately bad and not just give the same fucking teams 1st overall multiple times in the span of 10 years.

Huh??? I just went through the list of draft lottery wins back to 1995 and I didn’t see Carolina, Philadelphia, or Columbus in there.
