  1. As a die hard NY Sports fan out of the New York metro area, Tri-State area NY/NJ that watches the 3 local hockey teams on MSGSN and MSG of the Devils, Rangers, Islanders, congrats to the Devils on making the Playoffs for the first time in 4 years since the 2017-2018 season they had been a big surprise this season nobody see them get 100 points to me the Devils remind me of the Rangers of last season a young team on the come on and as a local fan I do want all 3 teams in the Playoffs so it can be some local hockey talk on the radio on WFAN New York in the area

  2. I have a friend who's a Devils fan, one of 3 I know of. I was teasing him that the Devils haven't won a playoff series in 10 years.

  3. Congrats Devils, nice to see them make the playoffs again. Definitely are a fun team to watch this year.

  4. gees Shannon do you ever sleep….. your videos are the best hockey videos on YouTube period….

  5. As a Devils fan I hate to say it but if they play the Rangers in round one, the Rangers will have home ice advantage in all 7 (potential) games

  6. Devils were very top heavy in 2017-18. That was a one year burst back into the playoffs…this year is the beginning of a true potential Cup window. 17-18 wasnt. 2022-23 however I feel the Devils are a bit ahead of schedule

  7. I think if Luke Hughes comes in at end of year/playoffs it may give them that jolt they need. I've seen many times where a rookie comes in at end of year and makes huge impact in playoffs

  8. Hughes,as great of a player as he def is,may have injury issues unless he gets bigger which I think he still could, teams will be running him in the playoffs, just a fact…

  9. So are the Devils becoming powerhouses again, or will this be a lightning in a botte year?

  10. I can’t see them making it too far in the playoffs this year. Very good team, but not enough playoff experience… I’d like to be wrong though!!!

  11. Jesper Bratt was a 6TH round pick…..hes fount through adversity….66 points this season, 31 goals so far. EPIC

  12. Will Butcher playing for my Texas Stars! I didn't know he was as small as he is…watched him last week in person.

  13. They need a better goalie V won’t be the guy to get them the cup also don’t sleep on the Isles

  14. Between the prospects they still have and the average age of the team being like 25, I'm beyond excited as a Devils fan, we've waited too long for this. Kinda had these expectations for next season but the best season are always the surprise ones like this lol goaltending has been my worry basically since Marty retired, have never found a true replacement. Hoping Schmid can round out to form or Nico Daws is the guy from Utica. Everything pointing upwards with this team. If they can make it known that this is Jack/Nicos team and their contracts are the max for potential FAs or guys like Timo, they could seriously create a dynasty.
