Honestly, somehow there’s good reason to be hopeful. The Jets are falling apart. Nashville’s schedule is really hard. Our schedule is really easy.
April 5th will be the game that counts imo.

I refuse to get too excited but it is nice that the remaining games are still meaningful.
The frustrating part is, if the Flames deserve to be in the playoffs, there are 5 games they have no excuse to lose. 2x Vancouver, Anaheim, Chicago, and San Jose are not games that a playoff team with their playoff hopes on the line should take lightly. If they win these games they should be in a good position to make the playoffs. The problem is the Flames have consistently screwed up these kinds of tests all season, and I don’t have a lot of faith in them at the moment.
I actually have more faith in Calgary winning, or at least going to overtime, against Winnipeg and Nashville. The problem is this will be meaningless if they don’t go out of their way to crush their easy opponents.
