One of the most memorable games I’ve attended. It felt like an ending of a chapter in my life, tbh. He was the voice of any Sabres fan ever. I’m glad the Sabres got him wins that night and his last call. Hopefully, he’ll be guest announcing a playoff game soon enough.

That was my second ever in-person game in my 24 years of fandom. A six hour drive each way for me. So glad I made the trip! RJ scooting out on ice after the win was the most touching sports moment I’ve ever witnessed.
