Toff has always been a clutch monster. Loved seeing him tickle the twine in Montreal
I didn't know much about him other than he played during the Kings cup run as I didn't watch much hockey during that time of my life, but when he got traded to the Flames last year and he made that one legged goal, he instantly became one of my favs. He's been the Flames best player this year, it's been a good run for him.
Toffoli has been terrifying ever since he left Vancouver as a Canucks fan. In his last 15 games against Vancouver he has 10 goals and he scores in bunches with 3 two goal games and a hat trick.

i saw this coming from tyler, the guy should he can be a point per game guy when he was with the nucks, he hasn’t gotten back to point per game but definitely been playing his best hockey the past few years

Toffoli is great. He's not very fast but he obviously has the smarts to make up for it.

He's like Nylander in TML, everybody complaining and trashing him for years and yet he's quietly #3 by points for several years with just ~20 points to #2. And who was the guy standing up in playoffs while big $$$ were trash? Yeap, #88 with his "must score" goals.
I always liked Toffoli, Caufield, Suzuki and Kotki. I almost liked Hubs (!sic) if not the biggest rats Perry and Chiarot.

Poor penalty call that game. No reason the flames should have won that game…they need to pick it up if they want a chance at getting past the first round, let alone making playoffs.
I'd say toffoli is the best player in the league currently.
