the amount of hate I see for this guy everywhere I look is sad. Especially from the team that drafted him and had him for years. Hope he flourishes as much as he possibly can with us

I don’t think anyone would have cared if he was an off-season acquisition. I’m confident he is going to be good but in the meantime he is the target of people’s frustration because he was the only forward we added at the TDL, and that wasn’t the best idea for a team going for a cup run, but that isn’t his fault. Had we gotten him and say, Timo, I don’t think he’d have the same ire directed at him.
