L’idée que les Sabres mettent fin à la sécheresse des séries éliminatoires cette saison est probablement terminée après une défaite déchirante contre les Panthers de la Floride, au cours de laquelle ils n’ont marqué qu’un seul but.     Sorry not giving up the playoff dream yet . Win the last 6 games or even go 5 and 1 and the Sabres could still make the playoffs with some help.
    UPL was player of the year and the best goalie in the OHL when he was in Sudbury my friend .
    IMO the goalie tandem in Oct will be Levi & UPL next season with a new D coach ( mike weber? Jay Mckee?? ) and with Michael Peca as another new assistant coach to help the forwards and the penalty kill.

    I’m not sure why many blame our missed playoff on our tenders. Look at Ullmark in Boston, you need to take out the shooters, move the screeners and keep away the opponent stick from puck deflection. Be tougher in front of the net. Craig, UPL and Comrie ain’t bad at all, they would be as good as Ullmark in Boston. My 2c

    #1 Levi #2 UPL next year …….no need to hit the panic bottom and trade off UPL. Levi being in town will help UPL round into form and bring his A game.

    I need for us to be mathematical out before admitting defeat especially in a year where Sabres have won 6 in a row before.

    I wonder if that’s why the Sabres have been stockpiling draft picks? Especially at the trade deadline this year. To have a ton of picks to offer rebuilding teams that have reliable veteran goaltenders looking for a change of scenery?

    Joe you read my mind with still getting Demko. Get a good goalie and a vet split games with Devi as he still learns and Develop. oloffson and Joki and UPL for Demko and Prospect Nils Hoglander and or Dman Jack Rathbone
