Well that was definitely one of the 82 games of the season

  2. What? Yes of course that counts as a shutout. Stop that.

  3. Da4RealDeal

    IT’S A PEPSI ZERO SUGAR SHUTOUT! 😩😩😩

    “ITS A PEPSI..ZERO………SUGAR…SHOOTOUT!” – Sam

Ranger shut outs are the best.

  6. NotFoley

Can’t believe Mikkola scored the goal of the year.

Sure Columbus is trying to lose, Sure this game probably helps them get Bedard who will torment us for years, but I’m actually pretty happy with that performance. We didn’t give up many chances, turnovers were at a minimum and I thought we skated hard enough where it basically serves as a nice tune up game for the playoffs. Team took care of business and that’s all you can ask for in a game like this.

Nice leisurely win for a Saturday night. See you guys Monday!

  9. Hionhelium87

    The ho-hummiest of victories tonight.

Nice feels good win. Probably doesn’t mean much in the long run but it’s a good way to warmup for the playoffs. Now the question is, what are the odds the Canes/Devils lose their last 3 games…

  12. xXDireLegendXx

Granted it was Columbus, but wow 3 giveaways feels pretty good

  13. darkgrayallalone

Igor has a PEPSI ZERO SUGAR shutout

  14. Oprama2016

Man I should could go for a Pepsi!

  15. xXDireLegendXx

We had a damn good away season folks

  16. VALIS666

Played as well as they needed to, did what they needed to. Probably could’ve won 8-0 if they didn’t pass out of scoring position a dozen times. Good stuff.

  17. Kbb0509

Team played well. It’s probably really hard to focus on these games with the playoffs looming. I know I’ve had trouble focusing for these last few games besides Tampa.

  18. Gbeez22

So what song is worse? Taco Bell Yuh Yuh or “there’s nothing quite like being a Ranger fan”

  19. truthlesshunter

As per the post game, the graph said « 6-1-3 in last 9 road games »

    …. I guess we’re just that good?

  20. RainandPixels

Mikkola has to get the Broadway hat.

  21. Coke zero sugar..

    Or was it Pepsi?

  22. lukelliot

This fourth line can steal games

  23. RainandPixels

I worry about too much at home rest. I remember us spanking Tampa Bay game 1 last year when they had a ton of rest.

Nice easy win. No injuries. Igor shutout.

Good way to end our road season.

  26. Tommybrady20

I’m going into a very real depression this summer IF we lose.

The amount of talent up and down the roster on every line is something we simply won’t see again. When healthy, there isn’t a hole.

  27. bangarangrufio724

Always a thrilling game as a team who doesn’t care about winning vs a team who actively wants to lose

  28. music_chris

I watched the game, but I would call it maybe the 9th most important hockey game I’ve cared about today?

  29. NachooManSandyRavage

Very very real possibility of taking the second spot…..

  30. SwarthySphere87

IDC, This is payback for that ABYSMAL 5-1 L earlier this season

  31. Grouchy-Power-806

Uh oh. Sam Reinhardt scored tonight lol

  32. Aar1012

My son enjoyed the game, people recognized my Clendening jersey (CBJ one but I also have an NYR one) and I got like three CBJ flags they gave away today (I’m sending the extras to friends)

  33. huskyferretguy1

Both Rangers and Yankees won 4-1!
