I want 64!
People are going to be negative about this, because of past President trophy winners. And whereas history has shown Boston might not win the cup, that doesn’t mean what Boston has done through 80 games hasn’t been special. They have played nearly flawless this season while key players have been rotated in and out from injuries and rest. It’s a season we’ve never seen matched and who knows if we ever will. Congrats to them…

The only comfort I can offer teams that don’t like Boston is that teams that have won exactly or (in Boston’s case) over 62 games did not win the cup.

Red Wings won 62 with 7 ties. Definitely would’ve had 65-67 wins with the bogus shootout! 😉
That’s definitely true, and it was different eras with different rules. But these Bruins straight up have more wins on the record. I won’t take away from that, even if I am a salty Wings fan lol.
