    So the Canucks will most likely pick 14th overall, knowing their luck. Will they end up drafting another bust like last year? Or trade the pick for a defensemen? Just so Aqua man can have one round of playoff revenue.

    If this was Garland's last game for the Canucks, it's definitely going out on a high note. Congrats to him for his first ever hat trick! The 2nd goal was lucky, but the OT winner was all his. Good numbers for EP40, Kuz, and Miller ended up a point a game. Now if the team could get some depth on D, we could think about the playoffs. Fingers crossed they find a way to figure things out over the Summer. And a final tip of the hat to John Garrett for his many years of colorful anecdotes. Thanks Cheech!

    Suffer through this year, losing Cheech. And all we have to show for it as an 11th overall pick in a draft we should have blown up the roster to dive bomb the standings in. Being a Canucks fan is pain.

    Good thing Garland scored there. They pretty much stopped playing after the first period. Not the first time the Canucks blew a 3 goal lead. Although that probably lowered our Bedard possibilities significantly.

    5 years ago these two teams played in Vancouver for the Sedins' last home game. The rosters of both teams have changed but unfortunately their place in the bottom of the standings did not.

    Gotta wonder if we're a 2nd pair RHD and 3rd line C away from playoffs next year (along with moving some of the wings in Beau and Garland). Anyhow thanks team for trying at the end to win I guess?

    I watched the Coyotes broadcast, Bettman was the first period intermission guest pumping the referendum for mid May. Commercials were 50% Arena/Entertainment promotion. It came off as desperate with the ads telling the viewers it won't cost them a penny.
