Pettersson needs to get that winning feeling and it’s not coming out of Vancouver for now. I’m all for this as long as he can remain healthy and it doesn’t effect his quality of play come training camp.
I’m sure the Canucks spoke with Pettersson about the opportunity and the risks and likely agreed it’s great for progressing his game even further.
Not surprising. The guy loves to win. Probably wants to get a winning mentality in his head before next season.

Looks like I’ll be cheering for both Canada and Sweden now! I wonder if his brother will play on the team as well? I remember he said he would love to play with him on the international stage.
