As others have mentioned Samsonov kept the Leafs in it. Great composure by the young goalie. But Stamkos was such a douche. First, he cross checks Rielly while he's on the ground, then he attacks Matthews for no reason. I hope someone knocks him out.

Leafs got away with one tonight. Luckily Vasy was not on his game and Sammy was. Can't play like this and expect to win the game, let alone the series. Need a better effort in game #4.

The hockey gods were on the Leafs side tonight. Good win for the buds with a very struggling 2nd and 3rd period. Whole different team in OT. Thankfully or it most likely would have went the other way. Very close chances in OT for both sides. Glad they didn’t quit. I know Matthews didn’t expect that from Stamkos and isn’t a fighter but I respect the way he handled himself with that little scrum apposed to someone else jumping in for him. I want him fired up and ready for that type of play.
Maybe this is Toronto's year

The Leafs deserved a loss. Sammy deserved the save. I dont understand how every other game they play..they float. There's no consistency at all. Keefer looked tired on the bench. Tampa owned the game in the toronto zone most of the night. I kept yelling at the screen, YOU CANT WIN IF YOU DONT GET SHOTS ON THE NET!!… So frustrating to watch them sometimez. So lucky!
If I was a Leafs fan, i'd start to panic right about now, cause that's always when things are looking good that they end up failing miserably!! 😂
