  1. Hey wasent chirping him, he was holding his guys back from beating the crap out of him while telling him to go

  2. If a player on the bench would’ve thrown a punch it’s a game and hearing with the league. Necas shoulda been tossed and embarrassed ! Lol

  3. I see the broken stick afterward, but I don't see any point where we can see the stick being broken by one of the players. Could very well have been caught up in something when he went into the bench head over heels. Either way, I'm glad this series is starting to get some nastiness into it!

  4. Brock Schlock Nelson shouldnt stand on his blade, then he wouldnt get socked in the head.

  5. Necas was treated far better than he deserves while in the Isles bench and threw a punch in response. Scumbag move.

  6. I don't think MacLean did anything wrong. He wasn't chirping until the Canes player punched his guy. And it was barely chirping, he was like just, "Hey what the hell!"

  7. Hockey is not a good sport to watch. There is no such thing as good sportsmanship. If you have to hurt the other player to win or stand on top of his stick or sit on top of a player, then it is just about who the refs believe and which team can get away with the most.

  8. You can see Nelson kind of shimmy over to his left. He moved over to step on the blade of his stick I bet. And McLean wasn’t chirping the player he was telling his guys not to respond or hit him so they didn’t get a penalty.

  9. Why wasn't he penalized for that? The reason is simple. The NHL, and by extension the referees LOVE violence, abuse, dirty play, and injuries due to psychopathic hockey players. There is no denying it. There are simply too many examples of the refs turning their heads when defenseless players are attacked by homicidal goons. A player will die due to this violence at some point, but even then, the league will do nothing as a whole.

  10. lol the Canes announcers are such losers. Where was the chirping from the assistant coach?

  11. Isles announcer: Eh no penalty should be called thats hockey.

Canes announcer: OMG HE CHIRPED THATS AWFUL!!!!

  12. I think that he hit him cuz he did something to his stick below the boards. Marty proceeded without the stick that was most likely held down by the Islanders bench.

  13. Wow the hurricanes have the most biased commentators in sports. Neches should've been ejected. Johnny Mac was literally holding isles back from touching neches and he says he was chirping him?

  14. The only reason why Necas wound up with a broken stick is because of him. If he loved his stick so much he shouldn't have gotten crushed into the bench by a beautiful hockey hit.

  15. Wtf is the canes guy talking about. He chirped and reacted to Necas who just got totally embarrassed and flipped into bench by JG (half his size to boot but 100X heart 😂) and punched Brock in face. Seems the isles didn’t just frustrate the players but the commentators too. Lmao. Playoff hockey Carolina. Pull the g strings out your asses and play like men.

  16. Necas too much of a wuss to punch cizikas who was closest to him…maclean was saying to necas " go! Go! Go!" You can read his lips

  17. I like how Varlamov first try to be helpful to Neccas, then pushes/punches him after Neccas punches Nelson. 😂

  18. Good clean hit and since their backup took a shot either let it slide or call em both

  19. Took my 8 yr old to her first playoff game! What an atmosphere and she learned some new words. Great hockey fun! She even called the zebras bums. I’m so proud! LETS GO ISLES

  20. This would have been 100x funnier if the punch was unprovoked, but Nelson obviously broke Necas' stick.

  21. Maclean was holding back his guys saying no no so they would take penalties you moron. If he’s your friend you should know better
