Me and my friends always joked, that the NHL would never allow the leafs to get to the finals. For if they did it wouldn't matter if they won or lost we would be able to see Toronto glowing from our backyard.

In 2004 we watched that game at a pub here in Toronto and the place was packed. That was the year before I got married and I was a spring chicken at age 25 lol and my gorgeous 2 floor loft apartment in downtown Toronto with 20 foot ceilings was only $950 a month lol
