Out of the first round matchups, I have no idea about this one. Pete DeBoar and Seattle being the underdog tells me Seattle in 7, with how convincingly Dallas dealt with Minnesota I wanna say Dallas in 6. In the end I guess I'll pick Dallas in 7 simply becuase even though I defend Grubauer alot, Otter is the better goaltender

As long as Seattle wins one game, I consider it a success! My expectations for this season was be competitive and slightly miss the wildcard spot, so I’ve been thrilled so far!!!

Don't forget now. The Krakens #1 Shooter is Jared McCann. Colorado did a good job shutting him down until the dirty CHEAP SHOT from "Epic Fail" Cale Makar. So when McCann gets back I suspect he will probably game 2 or 3. That power play will be at full strength again with the sniper McCann. I like both teams I watch both. But I gotta take Seattle in this one because of their Depth Scoring. Dallas bottom 6 guys. Not really doing. Whole lot besides Marchment and Domi. But the rest just seem like roster fillers. So if Seattle can shutdown Hintz and Robertson I anticipate Seattle winning in 6 games.
Dallas is the only Central Division team left in the playoffs. I'll admit what Seattle did to the Avalanche was impressive, but I'm not entirely sure it was that they were better. Colorado had a lot of injuries and if they had been at 100%, that series doesn't go to 7. I expect Pavelski to come back with a fire lit underneath him. His window to win a Cup is closing. Dallas in 6.
This is the first time I've ever had a perfect round one bracket! I'm shocked. I hope I do as well in Round 2.
My forecasting skill is still paralyzed from the Avs series, so anything goes with this one.
While I appreciate what Seattle did, I trust Oettinger over Grubauer. I originally had Dallas in 5, but looking it over again, I'll still take Dallas, but in 6 or 7.
Gritty low scoring series coming I expect. Otter and Grubauer have both been outstanding lately and I think there will mainly be one goal separating winner and loser.
ok didn't make a prediction on record last round (my quote to my friends was, "if Seattle is going to win a 1st round series, it would be with aginst the Avs.."). This one? Dallas played Seattle awful tough and we seemed to struggle with them., I call this an absolutely coin flip and have a hunch Dallas will have the edge in the end. Otherwise- it's going to be a beaut. Let's go KRAKEN!

I love both teams. Being from Dallas my team since 93 has been the Stars. Stars have a deep line up, multiple elite talent, with an obvious elite goalie as well. Stars in 5
