Ma mère et moi parcourons de vieilles boîtes de souvenirs et nous sommes tombés sur ça! Elle m’a raconté l’histoire de sa fabrication juste après que Roger Neilson ait agité le drapeau. Elle et ses frères et sœurs ont obtenu de vieilles serviettes et des marqueurs pour les fabriquer, et sont finalement allés à l’arène pour encourager l’équipe. C’était tellement amusant d’entendre comment la ville s’est mobilisée autour de cet événement et comment ils sont venus en nombre pour soutenir l’équipe. J’ai pensé que je le partagerais et j’espère que cela pourra rappeler des souvenirs à d’autres qui étaient là aussi!

This is so cool . The loss to Mike Bossy’s islanders hurts less then the loss in 94 .
This triggered a memory that my brother had an official white Canucks towel in the 90s. Our dog chewed a big whole in it and it got tossed but I wish we still had it.
I watched that playoff run at my local pub @ 12th and Cambie called the Jolly Alderman (kitty-corner to City Hall.)
Someone started using toilet paper during the start of that next game as a towel substitute and then everyone did… good times!
