Se faire rebondir en séries éliminatoires cette année est pire qu’il ne l’a été les années précédentes. Dans le passé, c’était un crève-cœur. Cette année, la seule émotion est la colère. Nous avons essayé si fort et avons eu des gars qui jouaient leur fou ces dernières années. Nous avons été tellement gâtés. Idk wtf les Rangers de New York actuels faisaient dans leurs 3/4 défaites en R1, mais c’est juste une telle chute de grâce. Une telle déception. Le sentiment d’espoir, puis d’être trahi est déchirant. Je sais que c’est juste un sport mais putain. C’est nul quand vous êtes aussi investi dans quelque chose depuis si longtemps. Rendez-vous en octobre.

I’m not even thinking about the future right now either, this was supposed to be our year – best team on paper. And such a clear path to the cup with the big dogs out early.
Absolutely sickening. Hard to even be optimistic at this point. I know what we have, and where we can likely be in a short amount of time…but I can’t & wont hide my disgust toward this 2022-2023 playoff team.
I understand! I am still angry…and will be for awhile! There’s no excuse for that sorry ass 7th game!
That team right there, I believe it’s them, got dominated in a Game 7 at home with a chance to go to their 2nd straight Cup Final, in arguably worse fashion than this years team did.
God I miss that group

That 2014 run came out of nowhere. Down 3-1 to the Pens in the first round and then playing for the Cup. Losing three games in OT, two in double -OT to the Kings. What a ride that was. That team didn’t have half as much talent as the 2023 team. But they had a lot of heart.
