Been a leaf fan for 40 years…my second team that all leafs fans must have if they want to watch the playoffs is Edmonton…the leafs series is junior C …the oilers is the real deal…never thought I would leave the leafs but you can only take so much…i wish Toronto the best in the future….maybe the second round next year

How does Schenn become a number one D, and other teams he has been bottom 6 D? He has played well, particularly in the series against the Bolts, but too much ice time. The core who got this team to the top of the NHL standings should be playing more than the rentals.

Keep trying the same thing and expecting different results just won't work. I'm sorry, but this offensive core of the top 4 players on the Leafs will never win the Cup. The only solid hero throughout the years has been Rielly. Obviously, Matthews can be on a Cup-winning team too, but for whatever reason, this team as it is won't win. We've seen it enough years now. They just don't have "it", whatever the hell that is. The team is better than previous years due to some key additions, but it's not there. I do hope I'll be eating my words by next week.
