  1. I take back the Yamo swap out, he finally found his puck luck.

Wasn't too thrilled with the missed calls there but glad the guys held on.

    Bring on Vegas!

  2. We need to take a moment to appreciate how good Bouchard was in this series. Offensively and defensively. He was outstanding. I'd argue he was our best player. Any talk of trading him is insane.

  3. Congratulations the Edmonton oilers hockey team to pulled out in game 6 the kings is a very good hockey team it's very tough series.

  4. Surprised the biased refs didn’t give Stu a penalty for playing with a broken stick. On to Vegas. Team now need 12 wins. Vegas will be another handful but beatable. Keep the vids rollling.

  5. Skinner making you nervous when he leaves the net is because you have PTSD from Mike Smith.🤣

  6. 3rd line shows up tonight.
It's just bad luck for Skinner.
The Oilers played 5 VS 7 in the last 40 mins.
    Lets go Oilers

Sixth and final game of the series. We had a lot happen in this one including a goalie broken stick (on Skinner of course because I mean it's the Oilers) that leads to a tying goal (easy one). Yamamoto getting the game winner. Klim Kostin with 2 goals playing under 9 minutes of time. Broberg playing under 4 minutes (complete waste). LA with a shortie after a breakdown during the second PP the Oilers got in the game (they scored on the first one so they were 50% on the PP tonight which actually brings their PP level in the playoffs DOWN, yeah, I know, something is kind of wrong when 50% on the PP isn't as good as you normally do). We were really winning the faceoffs. The LA selection of three stars is pretty much a crock. I'm sorry, yes, Leon had a fantastic game playing over 27 minutes (Connor did too) but come on, Klim Kostin with 2 goals and an assist (and that assist was on the game / series winner) and he gets no love from LA (probably as they would have won the game if he wasn't playing). A lot less hits by the Oilers in this one. Couple of days in LA to rest up then on to Vegas to begin round two. Take care all.

  8. I was a little worried when Fiala entered the seen in game 4, but strangely LA went on to lose 3 straight with him in the line up. Woohoo let’s go oilers!!!!

  9. It would also be worth mentioning that one of the key reasons for the Oilers recent success has come from their "depth" forwards who have all played exceptionally well and that these types of players are vital for any team that are true contenders in their quest to win the Stanley Cup.

  10. Big Blues fan here but since they didn’t qualify for the playoffs I’m rooting for you guys. I grew up in the 80’s and became an Oilers fan due to those high-powered teams of that era. All these years later I still follow the Oilers and only root against them when they play my Blues. They have been playing so strong the last couple of months and remind me of my 2019 cup winning Blues. Go Oilers!
