This was actually a thing that was introduced last year (Vikings Foundation specifically) that didn’t make it in. I know that there is at least one lawmaker who thinks we should be reducing the number of plate options because there are some options which have <100 in circulation but are still supported, which is why it didn’t pass right away.
Meanwhile, I grew up near Chicago and it was hilarious coming home from college in 2013 and seeing how many people had rushed to buy Blackhawks plates after that second cup win. Was surprised that MN didn’t have a similar option when I moved here post-graduation.
But can I personalize it? 1ST RND?
