  1. How will the Florida Panthers' miracle run end?

  2. As a Leafs fan, this is bullcrap. The Panthers going to the Cup Finals this year instead of the Leafs is completely bullshit. I want the Leafs to make the Stanley Cup Finals this year and win the Stanley Cup but no! The Panthers had to ruin it. Now Leafs fans including myself have to suffer watching the Panthers go all the way to the Stanley Cup Finals this year. Why can't it be the Leafs this year? Why can't the Leafs be in the Stanley Cup Finals and win the Stanley Cup this year? This is a complete outrage!

  3. I have been screaming we are going to the finals for three months now. The grit, relentless forechecking (Bennet decapitation in 1st period), great goaltending and a coach who is out coaching every counterpart. It’s wonderful and nobody gave it to us, we took it from the Bruins, Leafs and Canes and we will win the cup regardless of who we go against.

  4. I'm a huge Tkatchuk fan and hope he can win it, in spite of the Flames and Oilers who hate him haha.
But BOB as of right now should win it, it's very close though… MVP will go to.. depending on if Tkatchuk can score a few more important goals in the SCF or if BOB continue to let in 2 goals or less a game/making 50 saves/getting a shutout etc.

  5. ERIC STAAL IN THE STANLEY CUP FINALS

    1. 2006 – Carolina Hurricanes (WON)
    2. 2021 – Montreal Canadiens (LOST)
    3. 2023 – Florida Panthers

  6. This is Eric Staal's 18th NHL season. It would have been his 20th if it had not been for the 2004-2005 NHL Lockout, and him not being signed by any NHL team for the 2021-2022 season. He also played in three shortened seasons – the 2012-2013 lockout, and 2-COVID seasons – 2019-2020 and 2020-2021. Eric Staal would have had 500 NHL goals by now. He scored 14 goals this season and currently stands at 455 career goals. He is 45 goals shy of 500. He can get his 500th NHL goal by scoring 15 goals each season for the next three seasons. No word yet on what will happen to Eric Staal after this season. Will Florida re-sign him? Does he want to keep playing? Does he want the 500th goal? Will any other team sign him? Will he retire? If Florida wins the Stanley Cup this season, he should return! He could be the 50th or 51st member of the NHL 500+ goals club. His competition for the # 50 spot is Patrick Kane. Evgeni Malkin will be the 48th member of the NHL 500+ goals club, and Joe Pavelski will be the 49th.
